March Prayer Letter
Spring in Full Swing
“Life changing.” “Amazing.” We had 58 students from five campuses and two church groups go to Winter Conference this year. Jordan, from Wayne State, reminded me he placed his faith in Christ several years ago at WC and is now a leader on campus, contacting me often with creative ideas to reach new students.
“Swim Lessons” is the resource we are using this semester to help Gen Z students deal with anxiety, exhaustion, digital distraction, and other current issues. Check it out on crustore.org to see if it could help in your church!
Pray for Ruben and Jacey, two of our students who have helped organize several state-wide Cru events to worship together and grow community.
Praise the Lord we had 13 students go on Spring Break trips to New Orleans where they did evangelism and hurricane relief.
Reaching Other Cultures from Class
"GUYS!! I have a prayer request and a praise!!" This was the beginning of Clara’s sharing time during leader training time with UNL women. Clara is a Global Studies major, and is currently enrolled in a class called "Women in the Qur'an." Clara is one of few Christians in the class. Upon meeting one of the other women in the class, Lauren, Clara discovered that she was a Christian, and the two of them were both passionate about sharing the Gospel and reaching others around them! Clara and Lauren met for coffee and bonded over their dream of reaching the Muslim women in their class with the good news of Jesus and came up with a plan for how they want to start doing that together!
Since then, Clara has had the opportunity to talk with one of the Muslim women from her class. Praise God for paving the way for Clara and Lauren as they take steps of faith to reach those around them in their class! Clara finished off her sharing saying, "I am just so thankful for God opening that door! . . . I would appreciate prayer that God would give Lauren and me boldness to represent Christ well in that class, and for [the Muslim women] that God would work through us to bring them to Jesus!"
Melissa traveled to Oregon in February to share about our ministry during her home church’s Great Commission Festival. Noah was dedicated that weekend which was very special as it was the same church she was dedicated in as a baby. She also got to see her brothers and meet her new niece.
Pray for men to sign up for Ivory Coast summer mission.
Pray for our upcoming statewide women's retreat. Melissa will be speaking.
Pray for our Student Leader Training April 21-22. We will be equipping next year’s student leaders to win, build, and send on their campuses.
How can we pray for you? Leave us a messaged in our about section.
(L) These boys love to wrestle! (M) Noah wants to be just like his big brothers. (R) The boys had a great time exploring the farm during our last trip to Missouri.
Noah got his first haircut last month.

We would love for you to check it out and share it with friends if you enjoy it. You can find it on your favorite podcasting platform or on Spotify. Check out our Instagram here.
